The Marjorie Kovler Center, part of Heartland Alliance International, is one of the world’s preeminent programs for specialized services for survivors of torture and severe trauma, including mental health care, medical care, and case management. Since its founding in 1987, the Kovler Center has served and supported thousands of survivors, along with families and children experiencing forced migration. The Kovler Center provides training to providers in Chicago and around the world and advocates for the end of torture worldwide.
